About Us
Off The Hook Seafood Market & Deli was created by the Loga family to bring
Louisiana's freshest seafood to the Baton Rouge market. The Loga's are originally from
Pilottown & Venice, La. We grew up on the lower mississippi river and have always been
a big part in Louisiana's seafood industry. We have been in several seafood business
over the years ranging from owning seafood docks to processing alligators to wholesale
seafood distribution to wholesale yellowfin tuna and gulf fish distribution.
We offer many high quality fresh seafood items such as shrimp (large and medium),
live crawfish, live crabs, crab meat, oysters, crawfish tails, catfish, redfish, drum,
sheephead, flounder, speckle trout, amberjack, red snapper, wahoo, mahi, yellowfin
(*sushi grade*) tuna, salmon, scallops, etc. Fish will be sold filleted or whole fish and we
will clean it how the customer wants it.
We also offer many quality frozen seafood/food items such as peeled shrimp (small,
medium, large, and jumbo), headless shrimp (large and jumbo), crawfish tails, alligator
meat, alligator sausage, pork sausage, scallops, turtle meat, fish fillets, basa, catfish,
tuna steaks, mahi steaks, smoked salmon, boudin balls, meat/crawfish pies, stuffed
cajun chickens, french fries, etc.
Besides fresh and frozen seafood, we serve many boiled seafoods such as boiled
crabs, boiled crawfish, boiled shrimp, boiled snow crab clusters, boiled dungeness crab
clusters, boiled corn, boiled potatoes, boiled mushrooms, and boiled sausage. All boiled
side items are thrown in with the seafood to give it that true seafood boil flavor. Our
menu doesn't stop there though. We also serve a wide array of seafood platters,
po-boys, gumbo, jambalaya, side items, etc.
